Nic is a hard worker, dedicated, trustworthy, reliable and can put his hands to any jobs that’s needed. He gives good advise and ideas. So much so that he was working for us around 3 mths, 4 days per wk. As we are renovating our new home. He has painted our two bedrooms and much more ie; Sanded 3 rooms Insulted main bedroom under floorboards Ripped ceiling down in living room, insulated it and re boarded it Stained all floorboads in 3 rooms He also used the sawdust mixed with resin to fill in the gaps in between the floor boards, to stop any drafts (great idea). He sanded all the woodwork/doors… as there was layers of paint from over the yrs! He put new door handles on Coat hooks put up. Amazing job done on panelling/beading my main wall in the bedroom. He erected clothes rails and pulley wash line. Money is getting quite tight now, so he does a day or so each wk… as we still have lots to do. He has become part of the family… so to speak! We would highly recommend him
